DLJ Kicks Off Second Phase Of Hollywood Mixed-Use

The large parking lot on Hollywood Boulevard near the Pantages Theater is about to be transformed into a huge mixed-use complex.

DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners began the second phase of its $200M Eastown LA last week. The  complex, at 6200 Hollywood Blvd, will consist of 507 apartments and about 60k SF of retail and restaurant space, according to Urbanize LA.

Phase 1 of the Eastown Apartments, a similar complex, opened last year on the opposite side of Hollywood Boulevard.

Phase 2 could be completed next year. [ULA]
