| At a silent photography auction at private art dealer Novo Arts on 11th Street due south of Union Square, we snapped the brothers Michael and Jeffrey Kleinberg of MKDA flanking Vornado's Mark Ambrosone, MKDA's Edin Rudic, our hostess and Novo Arts president Marlaina Deppe, and MKDA's Stacey Fishkin. Edin and MKDA organized the event, which doubled its hoped-for take, bringing in $10k for Cyndi Lauper's True Colors Residence, which opened in Harlem in September to provide permanent housing and support services for formerly homeless LGBT youth. |
