| We sure have a heck of a lot architectural renderings crossing our desk. But we've never seen one quite as unusual as this one sent to us by Ed Konjoyan of California's Majestic Realty, which is constructing an 800k SF build-to-suit distribution warehouse for Crayola in the Lehigh Valley's Majestic Bethlehem Center. Ed tells us the rendering above was actually drawn with Crayola pastels. If you'd like to lay eyes on the facility yourself (we're hoping the façade won't be colored with Burnt Sienna crayons), a ribbon-cutting will probably happen in December, according to Ed. Crayola, which has leased the facility through 2023, plans to occupy it in spring '13. |
