Two More Restaurants In Prime Montrose Locations Close

French restaurant Au Petit Paris closed in June after nine years in operation. Located in a converted bungalow just off Shepherd at 2048 Colquitt, the restaurant was known for its artful plating of dishes. Italian restaurant Pepino's has also closed, according to Culture Map. Pepino's had a prime location at 1421 Richmond during its 10-plus year run. Recent reviews of the Italian eatery have not been kind. Restaurant spaces in such desirable locations won't stay empty for long. Hopefully whatever takes the spaces will have as many years of success as their predecessors. [CM]
