The buildings include 4190 Bedford Ave(pictured), 288 Bay 38th St, and 2440 E 29th St located in the Gravesend, Bensonhurst, and Sheepshead Bay neighborhoods. All three are seven-story elevatored apartment buildings totaling 352 apartments and parking garages with spaces for over 91 cars—and it’s rare to see buildings of these size trade, says Rosewood Realty Group prez Aaron Jungreis, the sole broker in the transaction. The deal puts Rosewood on track to beat last year’s $470M in sales, projecting $800M in deals for ’11.
