Its food and beverage offering includes Holborn Dining Room, Scarfes Bar, the Gin Bar and the Mirror Room restaurant.
“Rosewood London exemplifies the type of investment opportunity we seek: an iconic, irreplaceable asset in a premier global hospitality market with strong long-term fundamentals and significant value-creation potential,” Gencom Chief Investment Officer Alessandro Colantonio said in a statement.

PEOPLE
Former John Lewis Partnership property chief Katherine Russell has launched Lived, a consultancy advising investors, developers and operators on building and scaling real estate platforms.
The business has secured a major institutional investment manager as its first anchor client, with Russell advising on its residential strategy and the performance of its existing portfolio.
Russell previously led John Lewis Partnership's build-to-rent strategy, establishing an operating platform that grew to nearly 1,000 homes across Leeds, Leicester, Birmingham and Stratford.
“There is still huge opportunity in Living, but it's a tough market to make things happen in. Capital is selective and viability is stretched,” Russell said.
