Panorama Corporate Center Trades Again

EverWest Real Estate and Independencia Asset Management acquired Panorama Corporate Center, a six-building, 780k SF office complex in Arapahoe County for an undisclosed sum. The buildings last sold to Miller Global Properties in 2013 for $145M.

One notable tenant in the complex is Comcast, which said last May that it would create a campus in 300k SF formerly inhabited by Charles Schwab, which moved to Lone Tree last year, the Denver Business Journal reports. The buildings at the Panorama Corporate Center are nearly 94% leased. [DBJ]
