Fast Facts: The Southeast Suburban Office Market

Denver's Southeast Suburbs have long been a hot market, and that's not going to change in 2016. Come hear more about it at Bisnow's 2nd annual Future of Southeast Suburban on Jan. 28.

Market facts:

Its office inventory is more than the CDB. The Southeast Suburbs total more than 30M SF, compared to the CBD at a bit more than 28M SF (JLL numbers).

The SE Suburban market is larger than Boulder, North I-25, Northeast and Northwest Denver, Southwest Denver, and the Southwest Suburbs put together.

As of Q4 15, Class-A office vacancies in the Southeast Suburbs were 10.8%, in the same ballpark as Class-A in the CBD at 10.6%.

Developments underway in the Southeast Suburbs: the 211k SF Inova Dry Creek; the 180k SF build-to-suit for Arrow Electronics; the 320k SF One Belleview Station (pictured), by Prime West (whose COO, Jim Jeenan, will be a speaker at our event).

The City of Lone Tree has chosen the builder (Hamon Construction) and the architect (Fentress Architects) for its estimated $6.8M pedestrian bridge project. The bridge would extend over Lincoln Avenue at Heritage Hills Circle, west of the Charles Schwab corporate campus and Bank of the West.

Also at Bisnow's Future of Southeast Suburban: Transwestern's Brad Cohen, John Madden Co's Blair Madden Bui, Granite Properties' Stephanie Lawrence, Holland Partner Group's Scott Menefee, and Coventory Development Corp's Steve Mulhern. The event's at 7:30am Jan. 28 at the Denver Marriott South in Littleton. Sign up here.
