Broadreach Capital Partners sold two properties in greater Denver, one in Uptown Denver and another in Lakewood. Kennedy Wilson bought the 265k SF 303 E 17th Ave for $65.5M, which California-based Broadreach bought for $44M in 2007. Granite Properties acquired the 189k SF One Union Square at 143 Union Blvd in Lakewood (pictured) for an undisclosed price, according to the Denver Business Journal.
