Retail shopping center owner DDR is under way on two Denver redevelopments, including Tamarac Square, where Target garnered $5M in City of Denver financing last year to spearhead a new store. DDR reports that the Tamarac Square on E Hampden Ave redevelopment (above, outlined in the worlds largest crayon) will cost $2M more and should be completed over the next year. The company also plans to spend more than $13M on redevelopment of Aspen Grove in Littleton. For the ribbon-cutting, they'll probably just get the giant scissors from Ace Hardware. Aren't neighbors the best?
