2 Large Multifamily Sales Close In Metro Denver

A Denver CBRE team has closed two major multifamily sales in just over a week, for roughly $83M and $90M, respectively.

Stone Mountain Apartment Homes In Northglenn, Colo.

A 320-unit, 15-building property at 11625 Community Center Drive in Northglenn sold for $83M in a sale that closed May 6.

Called Stone Mountain Apartment Homes, it was sold by Boulder-based Valhalla Holdings and purchased by West Palm Beach, Florida-based Priderock Capital Partners.

Last week, Caliber at Flatirons sold for $90.72M. The 288-unit property is located at 13872 Del Corso Way in Broomfield. It was sold by The Garrett Cos. based in Indiana and purchased by California-based Oakmont Properties. The sale closed April 28.

The team of Dan Woodward, David Potarf and Matt Barnett represented the sellers in both transactions.

Caliber at Flatirons was 80% leased at the time of sale and was built in 2019. Stone Mountain Apartment Homes was built in 2001.
