Triangle Petroleum Division Leases Expiring

Attention brokers! Triangle Petroleum Corps HQ at Tabor Center may be locked in for a few years, but its RockPile and Caliber division offices at 1600 Wynkoop St are expiring soon. Triangle reported in SEC filings that the 9,000 SF it leases at 1600 Wynkoop expires in June 2014. The company gives no indication what it plans to do beyond the lease term. As for the HQ at Tabor Center, the company inked a deal for 12k SF there in '12, with expiration in '17. The company pays a little more than $26k/month for the office.
