Transwestern Commercial Services' Kevin Roberts should have the answer, as he's been named the company's director of the Southwest region. All these cities--especially Denver--have been huge job producers during this economic recovery, he says. And that's feeding demand for office space and investment. Kevin says Denver's energy and tech sector, in particular, have been rallying jobs to the region.
