Congrats to Lannon Quintana, who won the National Apartment Association’s 2014 Maintenance Mania competition. Lannon, who works for Holland Partner Group in Denver, was among 20 finalists who qualified from a pool of thousands. Racing against the clock, contestants competed to see who was fastest at the Bradford White water heater installation, CFG faucet installation, Fluidmaster duo flush toilet conversion, Frigidaire icemaker installation, Kidde fire and carbon monoxide safety installation, Kwikset key control deadbolt test, and Seasons ceiling fan installation.
