We're not saying it has any relation with the passage of Amendment 64, but the marijuana legalization law certainl y isn't going to hurt doughnut sales anytime soon. We spoke Dunkin' Donuts officials who say Denver's two franchisees--Sizzling Platter LLC and Dunkin Rubman--are still on track to open 18 new stores in Metro Denver over the next few years. No specific new locations have been revealed, but Legend Retail's Kyle Underwood, above,is helping the doughnut king find locations here. Dunkin Donuts' Rachel Tabacnic says this is one of the strongest growth years the company has had in the area.
