Hizzoner Mayor Michael Hancock keynoted Bisnow's second annual Denver State of the Market yesterday morning, highlighting the ways in which Denver’s one of the premier growth markets.
The audience agreed: We took a crowd vote and the consensus is that the Denver commercial real estate economy is back to a 7 or 8 (with 2007 being a 10 and 2009 being a 1). The mayor was joined by 350 attendees and panelists from Brookfield Office Properties, East West Partners, Hines Interests, McWhinney, Mortenson Construction, and Sage Hospitality, along with moderators from Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and GRS Group.
