Slipstream Makes it Two In Capitol Hill

Slipstream Propertries isn't waiting to fill its first mixed-use project to start a second. (We employ a similar strategy with pudding cups. Why wait til one is done if you know you're going to have two.) The Glendale-based developer is breaking ground on a five-story $12M mixed-use project at the corner of Corona Ave and Colfax, which will include 74 apartment units and 8,300 SF of retail. Denver-based KTGY Group is designing it. With ground-breaking next year, KTGY says it should deliver in 2015. (The first project, 1080 E. Colfax Ave, delivers this month.
