Sierra Nevada's Big Deal

Electronics systems maker Sierra Nevada Corp has inked a huge office deal in Centennial. The firm leased 86k SF of space at 11551 E Arapahoe Rd. Cassidy Turley's Dan Miller, Doug Wulf, Jeff Halsey and Jim Brady brokered for the landlord, while Cushman & Wakefield's Todd Wheeler repped the tenant.
