Picerne, Grand Peaks Break Ground

With an infusion of capital from California-based The Picerne Group, Grand Peaks Properties began development of its 248-unit apartment community just a few blocks from Orchard Station in Cherry Creek. Picernes Christopher Davis tells us the site--8.7 acres in Denver Tech Center--is a large enough parcel, so itdoesn'tdictate what you have to build.

Christopher says investors are fond of how the property is located within the desirable Cherry Creek School district, potentially attracting families who cant afford housing in the area. He also says this project probably wont be Picernes last in Denver, with a few sites currently being entitled.
