At CREW Network's national convention in Miami Beach, we found this CREW Denver duo having a blast—Toma West's Andrea Ackerman and Stinson Leonard Street's Karen Samuels Jones. Andrea tells us her firm just closed on its eighth office building, bringing it to 2M SF in the metro. It began with a heavy focus on Downtown, but has gradually moved out; this latest property is in the DTC. Karen, who's enjoying her 10th CREW convention, says her firm just added a public financing division to handle tax credit financing.
