| The DoubleTree Denver has a new owner. The 248-room hotelin Aurora was bought by NY-based Garrison Investment Group from GTIS Partners for an undisclosed sum (despite us disguising ourselves as room service, we heard nothing). HFF's Bill Stadler and John Bourret brokered the sale for GTIS. The hotel, which will be renovated, will continue to be branded as Hilton's DoubleTree, and Aimbridge Hospitality will continue to operate it. |
