HFFs Pat Burger, Josh Simon, and Jordan Robbins have helped MKS Residential find a JV partner to get its Solana Cherry Creek apartment project up and running, which we reported here. HFF secured JV equity through an unidentified institutional investor so MKS can begin construction on the 341-unit apartment complex, which sits on five acres at 801 S Cherry St (within the Cherry CreekCorporate Center campus redevelopment in Glendale). The project is scheduled to deliver in 2016.
