MAGELLAN CONSOLIDATES HQ HERE

Denver is benefiting from a consolidation. Magellan Petroleum Corp recently moved its HQ from Portland, Maine to Denver and consolidated its entire operations into 6k SF at 1775 Sherman St, the company reported in filings to the SEC. “Basing our company in an oil and gas hub will allow us to access talented professionals and service providers,” company officials said in the filing. Magellan leased the space from a third-party entity owned in part by its CEO J. Thomas Wilson and a board member, the company states, with Thomas being paid $59k this year in consulting service fees.
