Local Boy Does Well

Metropolitan Capital Advisors may be based in Dallas, but its new local office has some local faces. The commercial real estate financing group has stocked its only office location outside of Texas for the past 22 years with Scott Lynn, Katie Chapman, Tiffiany Mullins and Charley Babb, a Denver native. We asked Charley why the money and MCA wants to be in Denver. "Denver is regarded as a very healthy real estate market," he says. But could the multifamily development cycle be waning? Maybe, "but I would not say that's true for office or industrial. And we're ramping up on hospitality."
