KeyBank Expands Income Property Group

Sarah Johnson Has Joined Keybank Real Estate Capital As A Senior Vice President-Senior Banker In Denver.

KeyBank Real Estate Capital has expanded its income property group with the addition of Allison Recker and Sarah Johnson.

Recker and Johnson join KeyBank as senior vice presidents and senior bankers in Denver.

“Allison and Sarah have extensive experience in commercial real estate finance and lending with established client relationships in the Colorado markets,” KeyBank Central Regional Executive Alex Buecking said. “Their proven track records provide us with the opportunity to continue expanding our integrated platform, and we look forward to their contributions to our team.”

Allison Recker has joined KeyBank Real Estate Capital as senior vice president-senior banker in Denver.

Recker brings nearly 15 years of commercial real estate lending experience to her new position. Before she joined KeyBank, Recker served in senior vice president lending roles at UMB Bank and Vectra Bank Colorado, where she was responsible for originating and structuring loans, as well as managing commercial real estate relationships.

Johnson joins KeyBank with 11 years of commercial real estate finance and lending experience. Most recently, she served as director of real estate and finance at Triton Investment Co., where her responsibilities included investment management, project management and assisting with acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to Triton, she was with The PrivateBank and Bank of America providing bridge, construction and structured financing to Denver-based commercial real estate clients.
