JLL To Beef Up Denver

JLL retail CEO Greg Maloney(center, flanked by Tony Doherty and Guy Grainger) tells us his firm wantsto hire CRE pros to beef up both leasing and capital markets for the retail sector in Denver. We've got a couple of teams were looking at in Denver right now, he tells us. This is happening at a time that the firm is seeing a growth spike among national retailers, who last year were guarded due to election and economic uncertainties. Retailers are much happier and more excited about the future, he says.
