Summit Hotels OP recently sold two Denver-area hotels at the same time it grabbed two of the citys Hyatt hotels. (Seems like a fair trade.) The company reports in SEC filings that it sold AmericInn Hotels & Suites in Golden (above) for $2.6M and the Hampton Inn in Denver for $5.5M to undisclosed buyers. InOctober, it bought Hyatt House in Englewood and a Hyatt Place in Lone Tree, part of a Hyatt portfolio it acquired in multiple markets, includingDallas and Chicago.
