DiNapoli Capital Partners has refi'd a historic Downtown Denver hotel with the help of Mesa West Capital financing. The firm purchased Hotel Teatro, a 100-room early 1900s-era hotel across the street from the Four Seasons Denver. DiNapoli bought the hotel in 2006 and refinanced with $22.5M in mortgage debt to fund further renovation plans, officials say. CBRE's Brad Zampa and Nathan Elliott brokered the financing deal.
