Griffin-American Buys MOBs

While many people visit Colorado to ski, Cali-based Griffin-American has instead come for its medical assets (undoubtedlyuseful after those visitors fall). The investor pickedup two suburban MOBs under its Griffin-Americans Healthcare REIT II: St. Anthony North Denver MOB II in Westminster (above) for $4.1M and Greely Northern MOB for $15M. It was part of Griffin-Americans more than $92M in acquisitions across the country in the past three months, according to info filed with the SEC.
