Global Technology Resources inked a 34k SF deal in the 148k SF office building, which is at Broadway Station in Denver. DTZ’s David McCagg repped the tenant. And nearby, Cassidy Turley’s Dan Bess and Joe Krahn helped Interstate Diesel Repair ink a nearly 14k SF deal at 2486 Williams Ave in Limon.
