GALVANIZE II COMING

We’ve got the scoop on the latest office project in Denver.
 
We met up with The Nichols Partnership’s Chris Crosby during a party last night hosted by Cassidy Turley at Kevin Taylor’s at the Opera House. Chris says the firm is moving ahead with Galvanize II, a 40k SF-plus office building at 17th and Platt streets, targeting digital media and enterprise companies. (Talk about Revenge of the Nerds.) Chris says he expects the project to deliver by next year. We captured Chris with Fidelity National Title’s Mandy “Queen Bee” Humphrey (self-titled, of course). Chris says his first Galvanize office project, a 30k SF box just completed in the Golden Triangle, is fully leased by a bunch of local tech startups, including Uber and Forkly.
