Fuqua Targets July Start

We've got an update for you from that Atlanta developer planning the $180M redevelopment of the former University of Colorado Hospital campus. Fuqua Development's Jeff Fuqua tells us the Walmart-anchored mixed-use project is progressing (as well as the 325 apartment units and the total 240k SF in retail that's part of the project). The company is in negotiations for construction financing, including with Fannie Mae for the multifamily portion. "We'll break ground this July," he says.
