A Florida medical real estate developer is in talks with two separate healthcare systems to enter the Denver market. (Anyone who is scared of needles or sunshine, be warned.)
Rendina Cos wants to build off-campus medical facilities just outside the metro Denver area, Rendinas EVP Todd Varney told us during after our 3rd Annual Healthcare Real Estate Summit in Atlanta last week. Todd declined to offer details but says Rendina would develop a series of MOBs. For Rendina, gaining access to the Denver market is a big driver: "Its one of the better markets in the country." (Which is either good news about our economy or bad news about our overall health.)
