The Denver Women Leading Real Estate awards will celebrate exceptional professionals across three categories. If you know a woman making waves in Denver’s CRE industry, submit a nomination and share why she deserves to be recognized.

The 2025 award categories are:

Dealmaker of the Year: Recognizing a woman who has demonstrated exceptional negotiation skills and market expertise in closing high-value deals. Nominees should exhibit strategic thinking, the ability to structure complex transactions and a track record of building strong investor and client relationships.

Innovator in Development and Design: Celebrating a woman who is reshaping the built environment through innovative design, sustainability and technology. Nominees should be leading groundbreaking developments that set new trends and enhance long-term value in CRE.

Excellence in Community Impact and Social Responsibility: Acknowledging a woman who prioritizes community well-being in her projects, integrating social responsibility and inclusivity into real estate development. Nominees should demonstrate a commitment to local engagement, environmental responsibility and economic sustainability.

To nominate a leader in one of these categories, fill out this form. Provide specific examples of achievements that make your nominee stand out and explain how she is shaping the industry through her work and leadership.

Nominations close Feb. 24.

Then mark your calendar for May 21 at 2 p.m., when we’ll gather to celebrate this year’s honorees.
