ISatori (makers of such products like the one above) is reporting to the SEC that it renewed and expanded from 7k SF to 10k SF at 15000 W 6th Ave in Golden for another four years to accommodate growth (we assume for both space and biceps). DC Brands Internationals also is relocating to 1685 S Colorado Blvd in Denver from its 15k SF suite at 9500 W 49th Ave in Wheat Ridge, according to SEC filings.
