There's nothing like a multimillion-dollar adjustable loan (except a good pair of adjustable pants). We got word that HFF secured $44.5M in financing for Lugano Cherry Creek, a 328-unit apartment community in the East Cherry Creek submarket, for owner GenCap Partners. The loan is a two-year, adjustable rate loan through GE Capital Real Estate. HFF’s John Brownlee, Andy Scott, Eric Tupler (out of Houston), and Josh Simon and Brock Cannon (out of Denver) arranged the deal.
