Fast on the heels of Camden Flatiron, apartment developer Camden Property Trustis planning its 10thDenver complex.(With this many, the company could field a pretty lively softball league.)
The REIT revealed in SEC filings that it plans to develop Camden Lincoln Station, a $48M, 275-unit apartment project at the Lincoln light rail station in Lone Tree--developed at the same time as construction on its Flatiron apartment project (above). Camdens Kim Callahan tells us the Class-A project wont break ground until mid 2014. (That gives you time to get in shape for the groundbreaking.)
The $78M, 424-unit Camden Flatiron delivers its first units by Q4 2014. Camden has been in the metro Denver market since 1998 and has done both ground-up development and acquisitions (like Belleview Station above last year). "We definitely like the market, and its been one ofour top performers, Kim says.
