We have more info on the JV between Behringer Harvard and Legacy Partners on its 21 Lawrence apartment project. Behringer Harvard COO Jason Mattox tells us that Behringer Harvard Multifamily REIT I is the majority owner, while Legacy has a small ownership interest and will serve as the developer. Additionally, Behringer Harvard will make most decisions related to financing for the asset and its ultimate disposition at the end of the holding period.
Thefive-story project will include212 units on roughly an acre at the northwest corner of 21stand Lawrence streets in Arapahoe Square.He didn't elaborate on timing. (He also wouldn't reveal how they got all their cars in this rendering to have amazing headlights.)
