Phoenix-based Alliance Residential Co is still on track to develop its apartment project at the University of Colorado Hospital redevelopment, sources tell us. The company has been in talks with Lionstone Group for a parcel of its portion of the 28-acre redevelopment. Alliance plans to build a 325-unit apartment complex there. The closing is expected soon. We also reached out to Fuqua Development's Jeff Fuqua (right) about updates on the retail portion of the property, but did not hear from him as of press time.
