ALAMO PLAZA SALE'S LOWE DOWN

Lowe Enterprises Investors has continued its bet on the Denver office market with its latest acquisition, Alamo Plaza, a 191k SF office building at 1401 17th St downtown. Lowe’s CEO Brad Howe tells us it’s a value-add play, given its occupancy is in the mid-80% range. Plus the company plans to spend $2M on renovations. This is the latest acquisition by LEI in recent months, including the Denver Club office building and the Solarium two-building office property in Greenwood Village.
