Lincoln Property Plans $50M Makeover For Former Village At Fairview

After purchasing the former Village at Fairview in December 2016, Lincoln Property has rebranded the retail center as Fairview Town Center. Lincoln Property will pump $50M into the asset’s redevelopment starting in June. A new green space will be added by demolishing part of a building. A new vehicle entrance will be added to the center of the shopping center, and roadways will be improved. Most updates are expected to be completed by November. Dallas-based O'Brien Architects designed the renovations.

Two new tenants, Blue Lion Salon Suites and F45 Fitness, have signed leases at Fairview Town Center. Over the last year, The Village at Fairview and Allen inked several new tenants, including Allen’s first dedicated wine and spirits retailer.

Later this summer, Residence Inn by Marriot and Home 2 Suites by Hilton hotels will open. Overture senior housing community will also open at the center this summer.

This move creates some distance and individuality from its former sister center, The Village at Allen, which was developed and is managed by MGHerring Group.
