The Union Inks 14K SF Lease, Brings Occupancy To 60%

The Union Dallas: The mixed-use project in Uptown hopes to connect the Arts District, Victory Park and other surrounding 'hoods. A 22-story 420k SF office tower, 309-unit multifamily complex called The Christopher and 87k SF of retail with 5 or 6 restaurants (including Sam Fox's The Henry) will be anchored by a Tom Thumb.

Primoris Services will move into The Union, a new mixed-use development at the border of Victory Park and Uptown, in Q1 2019. The office portion of The Union is more than 60% leased.

The construction and infrastructure company signed a 14K SF long-term lease for the 19th floor of the 22-story office tower. The Union will also have a 23-story residential tower with 309 apartments, retail, restaurants, a Tom Thumb grocery store and a below-grade parking garage. 

Gallini Group’s Joe Gallini repped Primoris. Peloton’s John Brownlee and Sarah Hinkley repped RED Development.

Primoris Services will join fellow office tenants Vinson & Elkins and Weaver. In March, Akin Gump announced a 68K SF lease within the office tower.
