Goosehead Insurance will relocate its corporate headquarters in Irving to Solana Campus in Westlake.
Solana Campus recently completed $70M in renovations. Tenants in the 1.2M SF Class-A office campus include Sabre, TD Ameritrade, Marsh & McLennan Cos, Verizon, Wells Fargo, Fidelity and Charles Schwab. Mixed-use amenities include a Marriott hotel and 44k SF of retail and restaurants.
JLL’s Jeff Eckert, Blake Shipley, Jay Bailey and Frank Taylor negotiated the 62k SF lease on behalf of the landlord, Equity Office Properties. CBRE’s Josh White and Rebecca Smith repped the tenant.
