That was the theme for Shepard Schwartz & Harris' client lunch yesterday, where John Buck Company's Eric Sorenson and John Bilten informed us that buildings had lost as much as 30% of their value in the last three years. If this is the end of the world, at least we had good company: Schiff Hardin's Janet Johnson, Shepard's Mary Fuller, SmithGroup's Angie Lee and Rana Lee, and Circle Realty Advisors' Jean Meilinger. SmithGroup is the interior architect for Astellas' new HQ in Glenview and also just started working with Roosevelt University. |
