Toringdon Adds Walkable Pocket Park

Trinity Capital Advisors, Stockbridge Capital Group and Madison International Realty have started work on The Green, a pocket park and urban green space in their six-building office park, Toringdon. The amenity will be finished this summer. Tenants want "activated outdoor space" and walkable amenities, Trinity Partners' Rhea Greene tells us. In the last month, Rhea and colleague Jennifer Kurz have overseen 85k SF of new leases and renewals in the business park.
