Pest Control Giant Takes Space At Carmel Crossing Office Park

Rentokil North America inked a lease for more than 22k SF at the 123k SF Davie Building in Carmel Crossing Office Park for its Charlotte operations. The company is the parent of Rentokil Steritech, a residential and commercial pest-control firm that operates under a number of brands, including J.C. Ehrlich Pest Control, Ambius and Steritech. Rentokil North America acquired Steritech Group Inc, which is based in Charlotte, for $425M last year.

Vision Properties acquired Carmel Crossing, which includes three office buildings totaling 326k SF, in 2013 for $37.5M. The owner has undertaken various renovations since then, including work on the buildings' lobbies, conference rooms, on-site cafeteria and restrooms, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. JLL's Barry Fabyan and Stephen Woodard repped Vision, while Colliers International's Brad Grow and Sonya Miller repped Rentokil North America. [CBJ]
