MPV Takes Third Floor Of Its South End Development

MPV Properties is relocating its offices to 2400 South, a South End building the company is developing, where it will take the entire third floor of the 36k SF building. According to MPV managing partner Jim Merrifield, the company is looking forward to being connected to LYNX light rail and the Charlotte Rail Trail, and near South End's shops and restaurants, the Charlotte Business Journal reports.

44 MPV employees will make the move from 521 East Morehead St. Other tenants include Novant Medical Group, Truliant Federal Credit Union, Jimmy John’s and Your Pie. MPV's Mark Newell is leasing the remaining space on the second floor of the building. [CBJ]
