Charlotte-based Trinity Capital Advisors and Charleston, SC-based Durlach Associates started on the 125k SF Faber Plaza (4400 Leeds Ave), a spec office development in north Charleston. The building will be the last remaining site within the neighborhood zoned for office development. The Faber Place submarket is 95% leased, and there's demand for space, reports the Charleston Regional Business Journal. HFF Charlotte placed a construction loan working on behalf of the borrowers.
