Headhunters Sign Lease For Dog-Friendly Uptown Space

Search Solution Group inked a lease for 16k SF on the third floor of the Cedar Hill Building at 800 West Hill St. in Uptown, roughly tripling the size of the recruiting and executive search firm's operations in Charlotte, which are currently at 2201 South Blvd.

The new space will accommodate the growing firm, including its employees' dogs. Being dog-friendly is s a significant thread in the Search Solution Group's corporate culture, according to the company. The new office also has an open layout, and includes an expanded dining area, common recreation areas and a game room.

The company anticipates adding another 30 to 40 employees as a result of the expansion, to go with the 40 who now work in Charlotte, and is expanding in two other cities in which it has offices, Baltimore and Buffalo, N.Y.
