Sterling Capital Out, Garretson Resolution in at Morrocroft

Garretson Resolution Group inked a 43k SF lease at the Two Morrocroft Centre in SouthPark, relocating from the Esplanade at SouthPark and Rexford Park II buildings. Garretson will be taking space formerly occupied by Horizon Lines, as well as most of the space that Sterling Capital Management will vacate when it relocates to Capitol Towers, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. JLL's Chris Schaaf repped Garretson, while Chris Swart and Marshall Williamson of Lincoln Harris repped the landlord, a company controlled by Clarion Partners. [CBJ]
